Public Attorney Moon was fired due to his inability to make motions that were relevant in my case. In my opinion, the State of Hawaii has a conflict of interest in assigning a case of this magnitude to the State Office of the Public Defender. UPDATE: October 9, 2007 this case was “DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE”
